Practice
Playbooks, templates and training.
We do for your team what we do for our own: positions written down, templates that hold them, a clear view of the contracts you have signed, and lawyers who work with the tools.
Playbooks
We write your playbook from the agreements you have signed.
A playbook records your position on each clause, the fallbacks you allow and the points that come to you for a decision. We draft it from your signed agreements and your templates, settle it with your team and the business, and keep it current as your positions change.
It serves your own lawyers, the business and any firm you instruct, and it is yours.
Templates
We build a template suite on your paper.
A set of agreements that hold your positions, with the fallbacks written in and the schedules the business fills in itself: customer and vendor agreements, master services agreements and statements of work, confidentiality agreements, data processing agreements and the order forms that sit under them.
Portfolio
We review the contracts you have already signed.
A review of your contract portfolio for the terms that matter now: renewal and termination dates, obligations and liabilities, data terms, and the clauses that depart from your positions. You receive a register and a report the business acts on.
Training
We train your lawyers to work as legal engineers.
Your lawyers learn to write playbooks, to work with AI review tools, and to build and check the workflows that run their contracts, with the judgement to see what a tool got wrong. We run the training on your own contracts and templates, over a programme set with you.
Terms
We agree the scope and fee of each project before it begins.
Each of these runs as a fixed project, with its scope and fee agreed in advance. The list covers what teams ask for most. Tell us what yours needs.
